Late 1960s women's hat in a velvety black plush fabric with appliqued velour fabric flowers in a deep golden yellow and green. There is a sprinkling of tiny clear rhinestones all over the high crown of the hat.
Made in Italy by Countess. Decorated by Jami --- lovely label too.

It measures 22 inches around the inside of the band.
