This vintage 1970s vest by College Town has the look of handwoven fabric, but is actually a polyester-backed fabric. Fitted with a long silhouette -- faux suede buttons down the front.

No size label, but about a Medium. Measurements: Bust: 36 inches Waist: 30 inches Hips: 38 inches Length: 26 inches from shoulder to hem.
Note that measurements are taken with the garment laid flat: at the underarms across the chest, at the natural waist or waistband (if present), at the widest part of the hips, and from the shoulder or waistband (as appropriate) to the hem.
Best practice is to measure a similar garment that fits the way you like, at the same points for comparison.
