This shirt is the cutest. A classic red on white plaid flannel with a cropped, tie-front cut. Over-sized, 1980s with shoulder pads -- easily snipped out if you prefer -- gray shell buttons.

Note that measurements are taken with the garment laid flat: at the underarms across the chest, at the natural waist or waistband (if present), at the widest part of the hips, and from the shoulder or waistband (as appropriate) to the hem.
Best practice is to measure a similar garment that fits the way you like, at the same points for comparison.
